Welcome to Meet Valle, a space created to discover and enjoy the rich gastronomy and culture of Valle del Cauca. Here you will find the most representative flavors of our region: from traditional dishes such as sancocho and fiambre valluno, to sweets, baked goods, refreshing drinks, and iconic fried snacks. Our goal is to rescue and share the essence of Valle’s cuisine, showing how each preparation reflects our identity, history, and tradition.

This project is developed by SENA students for educational and academic purposes, as part of a formative project that seeks to highlight and preserve the gastronomic culture of Valle del Cauca.
